Job Title: Interior Designer
Description: Work closely with principle designer to create unique and innovative spaces that reflect the CSDC Inc. aesthetic. Collaborate with construction team to ensure seamless completion and timely execution of designs. Communicate with clients while managing scope, budget and timelines. Contribute to the success and growth of the team through problem solving, flexibility and a positive attitude. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, excellence and follow through while working remotely.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school.
2+ years Interior Design experience (Residential design)
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam REVU
Project skills and experience in procurement, technical production, and construction administration.
Experience in furniture sourcing, specification, space planning. Has a large vendor resource base.
High level of attention to detail, excellence and follow through.
High level of communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) with clients and our internal team.
Ability to juggle multiple projects with deadlines at the same time. Thrives in a fast paced environment that changes and evolves. Great multi-tasking skills, you will be wearing multiple hats!
